At Back on Track we offer manual therapy for spinal and sports injuries and post-surgery rehabilitation, pre- and post-natal care, headaches, joint replacements etc.
Whilst traditional pilates is suitable for people without injuries, Clinical Pilates is suitable for everyone, and is particularly aimed at people recovering from sporting injuries, neck and back problems, and pre- and post-natal ladies.
Whether it’s hands on physiotherapy, postural retraining or Clinical Pilates you require, we provide all the quality assistance you need. Our philosophy is that once you understand the muscle imbalances in your body, and how the body is supposed to function, you can take back control of your own health and rehabilitation.
